Our hotel offers 12 flexible reception rooms of all sizes, accommodating from 5 to 180 people. Our meeting rooms and workspaces are fully equipped, furnished and flexible to adapt to your event. CONFIGURATIONS AND EQUIPMENT RENTAL
The available rooms are fully equipped and lit by natural light to offer you an ideal working environment. Our bright spaces are equipped with comfortable furniture and seating to allow for a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The size and layout of our meeting rooms allow for the organization of seminars that can accommodate a large number of seated people. Our fully equipped rooms can be rented with a high-speed Wi-Fi connection, a screen, microphones, a flipchart and a Beamer projector for your presentations. We also offer you the option to rent any other type of equipment to make your event a success. Our reception is at your disposal to make copies or any other printing service. If you want an intimate space for a small meeting, we can suggest several rooms that can accommodate your team for a business meeting.
RESERVATIONS AND ROOM RENTALS FOR YOUR EVENTS
You can easily book a room in our hotel in Morges, to organize your conferences, meetings and seminars. We have several work spaces, videoconference rooms or equipped offices to organize your professional events. Our seminar rooms are all fully equipped and have comfortable seating for your partners or employees.
Renting space at La Longeraie is also optimal if you wish to organize an internal event such as teambuilding or a photo shoot. Very used to improve team cohesion within a company, teambuilduing is an excellent way to offer your employees a unique moment out of their usual working day. Our team will be happy to assist you in the organization of your event, by preparing in one of our multiple rooms, a cosy and flexible space. We can also suggest fun activities to do, in order to create a collaborative spirit between the different members of your team.
For the reservation of meeting rooms or the organization of private events, you can contact us in order to obtain a personalized estimate and to equip the rooms at your convenience with audio and video equipment. If you wish to rearrange the rooms to change the capacity or to integrate a banquet or a buffet lunch for business meals, we, as well as our catering service, will be pleased to assist you in the organization of your corporate seminar.
The hotel de la Longeraie offers you packages for your seminars and proposes to organize a friendly aperitif composed of fresh local products to close your meetings. We can also prepare meal trays or hot drinks during the breaks of your professional meetings. If you wish, you can also sit at one of our tables in our restaurant room or on our large terrace. The restaurant room can accommodate up to 180 people, is spacious and bright. Do not hesitate to contact us, we will send you an offer with great pleasure.

Our hotel-restaurant will also offer you breakfast and dinner from Monday to Friday, in the respect of the Vaudois cuisine. Our free parking is reserved for you, so that you and your team can park easily and spend the day and evening in complete serenity, without worrying about your vehicle.
For those who wish to use public transportation, the Morge train station has direct access to our hotel by bus or train.
